Willow 40th Anniversary — Celebrate both history and evolution

The mission of this video was to tell a story of organizational importance and progress.

Forty years ago,  Willow Domestic Violence Center was a national pioneer in recognizing and addressing the problem of domestic violence.

Over the decades their mission and work have expanded greatly as understanding of the issue has deepened. For their anniversary, they wanted to both celebrate their roots and acknowledge their growth. 

This video draws on archival footage, previous video projects, and extensive oral histories to tell a four-decade-long story of saving lives. 

This project won a Silver Telly. It was a collaboration with DeBergerac Productions.
